The applicant is requesting the following Minor Variances from Zoning By-law #11-83:

  • To permit a deck with walking surface height above 0.6 metres that projects into a required yard y 2.75 metres

The applicant is requesting the following Minor Variances from Zoning By-law #11-83:

  • To permit a minimum front yard setback of 2.88 metres 
  • To permit a minimum side yard setback of 0.81 metres
