THAT Committee of the Whole recommend Council direct staff to engage JP2G Consultants Inc. to provide a preliminary area assessment of the stormwater management for Finner Court and surrounding area at the cost of $2,842.00 plus HST;
AND THAT staff report back to Council the findings of the preliminary area assessment, including short term solutions and a work plan and cost estimate to complete a more detailed review of the stormwater management of the area based on the information obtained in the preliminary area assessment;
AND THAT the works be funded from budgetary surplus at year end if available or out of reserves if budgetary surplus is not available.
