The supply of equipment and manpower for the efficient plowing and shovelling of snow and sanding/salting of the walkways of the properties listed below as well as additional
properties that may require snow removal from time to time. There are numerous paths, landings, stairs, entrances, etc. where snow & ice control must be performed manually. The Contractor is to provide all necessary equipment to perform these activities.
