The Municipality has an extensive network of municipal drains, which were constructed under the
Ontario Drainage Act, R.S.O., 1990. The Municipality is looking for engineering services to perform
the tasks and responsibilities of a Drainage Superintendent as outlined in both the Drainage Act,
R.S.O., 1990 (as amended) and the Agriculture Drainage Infrastructure Program’s Administrative
Policies on behalf of the Municipality. This is a four-year standing offer with the possibility with an
option to extend at the Municipality’s sole discretion for an additional two (2) two (2) year periods.
Staff rates provided in the schedule of fees are to be provided separately for 2021, 2022, 2023, and
2024. Hourly rates, disbursements, and travel costs should be broken down separately and provided
for each team member.
