Mayor Lowry called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m.

Council stood for the playing of O Canada.

Council observed a moment of silent meditation and honoured the memory of Carleton Place Councillor Theresa Fritz.

Erin Lee, Executive Director of Lanark County Interval House and Community Support, provided a description of the project, reasons for choosing Mississippi Mills, and what is required to complete the project.

    That the Committee of the Whole is satisfied that the draft conditions regarding the Plan of Subdivision have been satisfied and recommend that Council authorize the Mayor and Acting Clerk to enter into a Subdivision Agreement for the Mill Run Subdivision Phase 5.
